The Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund will support Hungary about 7,500 billion HUF over the next seven years.
Nearly 60 percentage of the funds will support direct economic development goals. The three-Economic Development Operational Programmes, for which the Ministry of National Economy (MNE) is responsible: Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme (Ginop), Town and Regional Development Operational Programme (TOP) and Competitive Central Hungary Operational Programme (VEKOP). The largest OP between 2014 and 2020, is the Ginop, which has more than 2,500 billion HUF source; within the TOP, complex development programs will be implemented including counties, sub-regions and county towns, while VEKOP allocates founds for developing our country's most developed regions.
